Free Domestic Shipping

We keep it simple. All orders over $35 ship FREE & FAST typically via USPS Priority or First Class.

Want to know when your order will be delivered? We ship directly from our warehouse in Lehi, Utah. The following applies to estimated delivery times:

  • These are only estimates and not guaranteed ship times.
  • Estimated times do not include order processing time.
  • Estimated times are business days, not calendar days

Fast Processing Times and Methods

We want your order to arrive as soon as possible, which is why almost all orders ship within 1-2 business day. To make sure you get your order as soon as possible, we require everyone to have an account in which they can manage their orders, shipments and customer service inquiries.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of order date via UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority or other regional carrier to get your order to you as fast as possible. Most standard ground shipments arrive within 2-5 business days. Weekend delivery is not available. Need your order faster? Sorry to say, but we currently don't offer expedited shipping, but it's coming soon!

International & US Territories

Sorry to say, but we do not ship the amazing Barocook Cookware to U.S. Territories or internationally. If you need recommendations for worldwide shipping options, please contact us.

Address Accuracy and Address Correction:

Our system automatically ships to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure its accuracy. We also reserve the right to pass along to you any fees assessed by the carrier to address-correct your package once it is underway. If you provide an inaccurate address or your package is refused or returned for any reason that is not our fault, we will not refund you the shipping costs and may assess an additional charge if the carrier charges us to return the item to us (a common UPS practice). If you want us to re-ship your item, you will have to pay shipping costs a second time. If you do not want it re-shipped, we will treat your package as if it was a return.

Free Shipping Limitations

Free shipping applies ONLY to domestic U.S. shipping addresses and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other address outside the lower 48 states. If you return an item that was shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the amount of your refund.
